1. What You're Buying
The Custom Landing Page service creates a personalized one-page client-facing website for your client. Pricing is tiered by trip type:
- Personalized Trip, CA$99. Single-trip page (cruise, all-inclusive, or single-destination). Each additional page CA$79 (multi-trip orders or returning clients).
- Group Booking, from CA$149. Multi-cabin or multi-room bookings (destination weddings, family reunions). Quoted per trip based on group size and complexity.
- FIT Custom Itinerary, from CA$199. Multi-segment journeys with multiple suppliers. Quoted per trip. Includes a hub page plus a sub-page for every segment, transfer, and key day.
Every tier includes:
- Customization of one of three templates with your client's names, dates, hotel, photos, and trip details
- Live URL hosted by Cindie Grace from delivery through approximately 30 days after the trip ends
- Source HTML file delivered to you as a downloadable archive at the time of delivery
- Revisions included until you're happy with the final result
Turnaround is discussed and agreed upfront based on trip complexity.
2. Hosting Term
Hosting is included from delivery through approximately 30 days after the trip ends. No renewal fees. After the 30-day post-trip window, the live page is taken offline.
You can keep the page live longer at any time by re-hosting your delivered source HTML file on any platform you choose, including free options like Netlify Drop or GitHub Pages.
Discontinuation of service: Cindie Grace reserves the right to discontinue offering this service at any time with 30 days notice to active customers. If service is discontinued, hosted pages will remain live through any active trip plus the 30-day post-trip window. Source files delivered at purchase remain yours.
3. What Happens If Cindie Grace Cannot Continue
This is a real concern for any small-business service, so it's spelled out clearly:
If Cindie Grace ceases operations for any reason, including death, incapacitation, or business closure, the following applies:
- Hosted pages will remain live through any in-progress trips and the 30-day post-trip window where technically possible
- Your source HTML file, delivered to you at the time of purchase, remains your property
- You may re-host your page at any time on any platform you choose, including free options like Netlify Drop, GitHub Pages, or your own travel-agent storefront
The product structure intentionally protects you. Because you receive your files at purchase, your page is preserved even if hosting later becomes unavailable.
4. Refund Policy
After delivery: All sales are final. Once your custom landing page has been delivered to you and any agreed revisions are complete, the work is final and no refunds are issued.
Before work begins: If you have not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
After work begins, before delivery: A partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Cindie Grace, less a $25 customization fee for work already performed.
Etsy purchases: If you purchased through Etsy, Etsy's buyer protection policies also apply and may supersede the above in certain circumstances.
Revisions: Revisions are included until you are happy with the final result. This covers corrections, edits, and adjustments within the scope of your original intake brief. Substantial scope changes (different trip, different template, redesigns beyond the original request) may be quoted as a new order.
5. Your Responsibility for Accuracy
You are responsible for verifying all client details on the delivered landing page before sharing it with your client. This includes names, spelling, dates, confirmation numbers, prices, hotel details, and any factual content you provided in the intake form.
Cindie Grace is not liable for any errors, typos, or omissions in the final page that result from information provided (or omitted) in your intake submission.
If you spot an error after delivery, your included revisions can be used to correct it at no extra charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
This service produces personalized client-facing landing pages only. Cindie Grace is not the travel agent of record for any trip described on these pages and bears no responsibility for:
- Travel arrangements, bookings, payments, or any aspect of the actual trip
- Decisions made by your client based on the content of the landing page
- Any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the trip itself
- Hosting outages or downtime caused by third-party platforms (Netlify, internet providers, domain registrars)
Total liability of Cindie Grace under this service is capped at the amount paid for the specific landing page in question (typically CA$99).
7. Intellectual Property
You own: the content on your delivered page, including your client's names and trip details, photos you provided, and your branding. You may use the delivered HTML files however you like for your own travel-agency business.
Cindie Grace owns: the underlying template designs, code structure, and visual style. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the template designs themselves.
Photos: If you provide photos, you confirm that you have the right to use them. If Cindie Grace uses stock or generic destination photos in your page, those are licensed for your specific use only.
8. Privacy
Client details you submit through the intake form (your client's names, trip dates, hotel, photos) are used only to build your landing page. They are not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose. Files containing client details are retained on Cindie Grace's systems through the hosting period plus 12 months for support purposes, then deleted.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order. Material changes affecting active hosting customers will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
